Is the platform fully automated for retail customer?

I would like to know if the platform is fully automated ( without absolutely no manual intervention)
for retail customers. I read on the web that “Completely automated trading has been prohibited for retail clients as per regulations and SEBI.” At the same time I have checked https://algobulls.com/ - which states that it is fully automated indeed. am I missing something ? or is there some catch?
